Giving back is embedded in our culture. This year’s FedEx Cares Report illustrates our commitment to do good and is brought to life by our team members and the nonprofits we support. Across the globe, these community champions don't just talk about making a difference - they live it in their communities every day.

Our commitment was demonstrated through diverse and impactful actions. When wildfires devastated communities in Los Angeles, our teams quickly mobilized to fund relief organizations and deliver emergency supplies. As technology reshaped the economic landscape, we empowered thousands of entrepreneurs with new skills through the FedEx E-Commerce Learning Lab and invested in workforce development programs in Memphis to create pathways to economic mobility. Guided by community needs, we also launched a data-driven global tree planting program and committed $2 million to support HBCU business schools.

Every milestone achieved this past year is a testament to what happens when shared values meet collective action. Together, we are transforming global communities and delivering a brighter, more connected future.
