FedEx Express supports families in Italy

FedEx Express has supported many families in need in Sardinia, Italy by delivering 12 pallets of aids (diapers, wipes, sanitary towels) to the We World centre located on the island. Since the first lockdown in March 2020, this nonprofit organization has been providing 500 solidarity shopping bags a week to impoverished families with children. Every month, approximately 7K people, including 1500 children, benefit from this initiative, receiving much-needed baby products. By shipping these essential products, FedEx has provided tangible help to We World and many families looking for hope and assistance.

This ongoing support is part of our company’s FedEx Cares 50 by 50 goal to positively impact 50M people around the world by the company’s 50th anniversary in 2023.
