Business success today relies more than ever on a strong online presence. To help small business owners strengthen their e-commerce capabilities, FedEx teamed up with nonprofit Accion Opportunity Fund to create the FedEx E-Commerce Learning Lab.
Now in its fifth year, the program continues to provide hands-on learning, expert guidance, and real-world tools for small business owners looking to build or expand their online businesses. Through training, mentorship, and practical resources, participants gain the knowledge and confidence to grow in an increasingly digital environment.
A key feature of the program, the Master E-Commerce webinar series, dives into topics that matter most to small business owners, such as optimizing product listings, driving traffic, and creating a standout customer experience.
