Delivering more than miles: FedEx helps the USO bring home closer

For 85 years, the USO has been strengthening the well-being of U.S. service members and their families around the globe. With more than 250 USO Centers worldwide supporting the ever-evolving missions of the US military, including far-reaching expeditionary programming that brings the best of the USO to them, the USO supported nearly one million individuals from the active-duty military community in the past year.

One example is the USO Care Package Program, bringing deployed service members care packages filled with toiletries, snacks, and notes of appreciation from civilians. These care packages reached over eighty countries, including Poland, Germany, South Korea, Singapore, and more.

FedEx plays a critical role by helping the USO ship essential supplies that support programs boosting morale for hundreds of thousands of service members. These shipments create a vital link between the realities of deployment and the comfort of life back home.
