Act now! Hiring Our Heroes Small Business Award for Veterans & Military Spouses

October 15, 2025 - December 15, 2025

In 2026, Hiring Our Heroes’ Small Business Grant Program will award five small businesses owned by veterans and/or military spouses with a one-time $10,000 or $25,000 grant to grow and support their businesses. These grants are made possible through the FedEx Founder’s Fund and USAA Small Business Insurance.

This program honors the achievements of veteran- and military spouse-owned small businesses, highlighting their impact and contributions to local communities and America’s economic growth.

Did you know 25% of small businesses do not reopen after a disaster? The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and FedEx teamed up to launch the Readiness for Resiliency (R4R) Program. Register to become eligible for a $5,000 disaster recovery grant by completing the free FedEx and Red Cross disaster preparedness checklist and registering with the Chamber.
