The Northshore 1/2 Marathon

We volunteered for a local charity called Miracle League Northshore. This charity is helping Construct a artificial surface baseball field so children of all abilities can fulfill their dreams of playing baseball.
The Northshore 1/2 Marathon gave back to this charity by our team volunteering our time turn into donation money for the Miracle League Northshore.

FedEx Cross Border chose Paws Rescue Group for our 1st annual Purple Tote campaign!

Many of the FedEx Cross Border employees have adopted their pets from a rescue or shelter, so they are well aware that saving lives and giving second chances comes with many expenses. Such expenses are spay or neuter, heart worm treatment, heart worm prevention, flea and tick prevention, surgeries, vaccinations, micro-chipping, vet appointments, food, bedding, etc.

FedEx Team Indy sorts food for Gleaners Food Bank

The Indianapolis market Annual FedEx Cares event had 110 volunteers, representing team members from all of the FedEx Operating companies in the Indianapolis market. Volunteers sorted and packed food for two of the programs at Gleaners Food Bank. Backsacks for kids includes shelf-stable food that does not need refrigeration, and has enough food for 5 small meals and a snack for the weekend. 2,610 Backsacks of food were filled for the kids in the community. The Community Cupboard is designed to give Central Indiana hungry neighbors the feel of shopping in a grocery store.

Fedex Cares-Austin-Mobile Loaves & Fishes Community First Gardens

The mission of Mobile Loaves & Fishes is to provide food and clothing, to cultivate community and to promote dignity to our homeless brothers and sisters in need. FedEx Cares volunteers worked in the Village Community Gardens. The CF! Village is a 27 acre community that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for the disabled, chronically homeless in Central Texas. The village has 4 acres of gardens where volunteers worked alongside the resident gardening crew to expand and finish out their perennial garden beds.

FedEx Cares volunteers at The Boys and Girls Club of Haverhill, MA

The North Shore of Boston Field Sales team volunteered a half day at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Haverhill, MA. This was our third year in a row participating with the kids on homework help, artwork, indoor games, dancing and crafts. Over 200 kids interacted with our team and made this another special event.
