Miracle League Northshore

The ZCOV Station choose to give back to a local organization this year call The Miracle League Northshore. We handed out 70 Purple Totes to children after 2 baseball games. The Miracle League NorthShore is non profit organization raising money to construct an artificial surface baseball field that will allow children of all abilities to fulfill their dreams of playing baseball. Our hearts were touched by giving back to the children of our community.

Project Homeless Connect

More than 100 homeless men and women were treated to a hot breakfast Monday, and given essentials to make them more comfortable: personal hygiene items, blankets, long johns & socks (Just in time for the first Mississippi cold snap), food staples, and more. The local United Way of SE Mississippi has been doing a "census" of the area homeless for the past few years and this annual service event helps to connect them to the products and services they need.

Nutmeg State Sales District JDRF Walk

In support of a team member's daughter, Nutmeg State District Sales combined a juvenile diabetes walk long with a food drive to support the Glastonbury Connecticut community. The photo shows the sales team along with some of their family members that attended as well.

Good Sports

On 10/20 The Metro Boston Sales team volunteered at Good Sports Inc. Good Sports (http://www.goodsports.org/) is a nonprofit that works with Inner cities and sports programs around the country that cannot afford to buy children new sports equipment. Good Sports Mission is “to give all kids the lifelong benefits of sport and physical activity by providing new equipment, apparel and footwear to those most in need”.
