Fostering relationships with diverse leaders and communities through organizations like the National Urban League, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the National Council of La Raza that work to ensure the political, educational, social and economic equality of all people
Helping to increase the number of global black executives in C-Suites, corporate boards and global enterprises through the management training initiative of the Executive Leadership Council
Working with the National CARES Mentoring Movement to close the large gap between the relatively few black adult mentors and the millions of vulnerable black children on mentoring organizations' waiting lists throughout the nation
Supporting scholarship organizations such as Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund, Hispanic Scholarship Fund, American Indian College Fund and UNCF(United Negro College Fund)
Celebrating history by sponsoring the King Memorial, honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., helping to fund the National Museum of African American History and Culture in D.C., and being a long-time supporter of the National Civil Rights Museum
Promoting inclusion in our hometown of Memphis, Tennessee through our support of Latino Memphis, focusing on cultural programs, child safety efforts and human services needs
